The attorney for Udonis Haslem says the charges have been dropped from a traffic stop his client was involved in back in August.

His attorney said that vindication has come for Haslem, which he knew at the time when his client came to him.  The charges were dropped due to the fact that Haslem’s fingerprints weren’t on the container of marijuana plus Haslem’s passenger has said the cannabis was his.

Taxpayers once again foot the bill for a fingerprint that was un-necessary in the first place.  If marijuana was legal he would have never been charged and on top of that never had his fingerprints taken.  The Florida community foots the bill for a criminal matter that shouldn’t have even been considered.
