In the outback of Australia police have found approximately 208 cannabis plants they say is worth close to half a million dollars. They were seized by police on the NSW far south coast.
At the home in Bega, officers served the residents with a search warrant and ended up finding the plants along with cannabis leaf and equipment used for the hydroponics cultivation of cannabis. The street value on everything was said to be right around $450,000.
When the warrant was executed two boy, one 16months and the other seven years were at the home. A 29-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken into the police station in Bega. He was charged with cultivating a large commercial quantity of prohibited cannabis in the presence of children, possessing and indictable quantity of cannabis leaf and supplying a prohibited drug. The local court in Bega refused bail.
If the United States could legalize marijuana and show how it is used for good and that the plant is non harmful, I think other countries like Australia will follow and people can have the thing they want and need.
